Mahalla between Higher Education and Local Communities
On March 6 of this year, a roundtable discussion on “Factors Reducing the Risk of Corruption in Local Communities” was held with a group of participants consisting of heads of mahalla from the FO‘O‘BOXMOB training courses under the Khorezm Regional Administration. The event was organized at Urgench State University with the participation of the head of the Anti-Corruption Compliance Control System Management Department, Shixova Khasiyat Ismailovna.
The roundtable was organized in accordance with the Decree No. PF-200 dated November 27, 2023, of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, titled “On Further Improving the Anti-Corruption System and Enhancing the Effectiveness of Public Oversight over the Activities of State Bodies and Organizations.”
During the discussion, the heads of mahallas received answers to their questions and shared their opinions and suggestions.
