Rector of Urganch State University met with professors and teachers of Technical Faculty
Today, on December 27, the next meeting of Urganch State University Rector B.Abdullayev with the team of the Technical Faculty took place.
At the beginning of the meeting, the rector warmly congratulated the team on the coming New Year.
After that, the past year 2022 was summarized on the example of the faculty, and plans for the next year were determined. In particular, the scientific potential of the faculty, the number of defenses made in the previous year were analyzed, the scientific works published by the members of the department were discussed, and they were called to be active in increasing the scientific potential.
Also, referring to the President's Address to the Oliy Majlis and the people of Uzbekistan, tasks were given to organize education in better quality.
For information: Currently, 103 professors and teachers work in the main staff in 4 departments of the Technical Faculty. Scientific potential is 17%. In the last 2 years, 1 Doctor of Science, 2 Doctor of Philosophy degrees were defended.
