Republican scientific-practical conference on the topic "Actual problems of increasing the popularity of physical education and sports".
Today, May 26, at the initiative of the Faculty of Physical Culture of Urganch State University, the republican scientific-practical conference on the topic "Actual problems of increasing the popularity of physical education and sports" began its work.
The purpose of this conference is to improve the pedagogical foundations of the reforms implemented in the field of physical education and sports, to increase the effectiveness of the work carried out in the direction of educating a well-educated, physically healthy, intellectually mature generation, to further develop physical culture among young people, to promote and It is devoted to the implementation of propaganda work, increasing the activity of young people in physical education and sports, and discussing the current issues of achieving high results in sports.
At the conference, the professor of the Uzbek State University of Physical Culture and Sport, Ph.D. Fikrat Kerimov, associate professor of Uzbek State University of Physical Culture and Sport Goncharova Olga Viktorovna, senior teacher of Samarkand State University Mirzoulugbek Yusupov are guests. Also, professors and teachers from a number of higher educational institutions of our republic are participating with their scientific articles and lectures.
In addition, experts in the field of physical education and sports from higher educational institutions of dozens of foreign countries are participating with their scientific articles and lectures.
At the beginning of the conference, a demonstration performance of student-athletes of the Faculty of Physical Culture was shown.
Then, plenary meetings were held in the University Palace of Culture. Lectures by professors and teachers of the Faculty of Physical Culture of UrSU and visiting scientists from higher educational institutions of our country were heard. At the moment, the conference continues its work divided into branches.
