A new library will be built at Urganch State University
Urganch State University has undergone great changes and creative works in recent years. After all, the basis of quality education is favorable conditions.
Today, on July 14, a ceremony aimed at creating a modern Information Resource Center, which is a continuation of such creative work, was organized. Under the leadership of the rector of the university Bakhrom Abdullayev, members of the management and senior professors and teachers who have been working at the university for many years took part in this ceremony. The participants of the event opened their hands in prayer, asked that the new educational center would be strong, serve our students for many years in sharing knowledge, wished the builders strength in this regard, and laid the first foundation stone.
The construction area of the building is 1830 m2, and the facade of this 5-storey complex will have a national architectural appearance. The ground floor will mainly consist of a literature storage room, utility room and other necessary rooms. On the 1st floor of the library building, it is planned to have a hall of activists with 506 seats, a university museum. Each floor will have a 66-seat classroom, book storage and conference rooms.
