An introductory week is taking place at Urganch State University
Today, on September 8, H. Shihova, the head of the Department of Anti-Corruption "Compliance Control" of UrSU, met with the students of the 1st-year English, German and French languages of the Faculty of Foreign Philology.
At the meeting, it was said that a number of systematic works are being carried out to transform the higher education sector into a "corruption-free sector". It was emphasized that the teachers and students of the university should have an uncompromising attitude against corruption, and the students who took a new step on the threshold of the university were called to acquire deep knowledge and get honest grades.
Today, a meeting was held with students of physics, mathematics, Computer Science and Software (distance learning) courses who were admitted to the 1st-year at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics. The dean of the faculty, Assoc. J. Khojamov, Chairman of the Advisory Council of Women and Girls, Assoc. Sh.Nurullayeva, faculty dean's advisor B.Jabbarova and tutors talked with students about internal procedures of the university, code of ethics, dress and behavior culture.
They talked about the conditions created for students at the faculty, and after the classes, information was given about the clubs organized in 17 directions to meaningfully organize the free time of the youth.
The issue of the selection of captains for the "Qizlarjon" and "Orasta qizlar" clubs of the Women's Advisory Council was also discussed.
