A media tour was organized in order to introduce the conditions in the student residences at UrSU
Today, September 23, a media tour for media workers and bloggers was organized on the initiative of Urganch State University Press Service.
The media tour was on the topic of "Getting to know the conditions created in student residences" and was attended by N. Masharipov, the reporter of the "Murojaat24.uz" internet publication of our region, and a group of young people interested in this field, students of the Faculty of Natural and Agricultural Sciences.
During the tour, the guests were closely introduced to the university's student residences by the university officials. In particular, the guests were shown living rooms, special rooms for the disabled, special rooms for professors and teachers from abroad, library, computer rooms and gyms, kitchen, cultural recreation rooms, as well as rooms reserved for various groups.
During the media tour, the participants were given information about the capacity of university student accommodation, the procedure for placing students in dormitories, the ongoing work, and answered their questions.
For information, today Urganch State University has 7 student residences with a capacity of 3,100. Construction works of a new 7-story, 600-bed student residence are underway in the territory of the university, located on "Mustaqilik" street, Urganch district.
