"Rector and youth meeting" has started at Urgench State University

Today, starting from December 18, the rector of Urgench State University, Bakhrom Abdullayev, started meeting with students of all faculties based on the schedule.

The first meeting was held with students of the 1st-4th year of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics on the topic "Awareness - the need of the times". Rector's adviser R. Sharipov, first vice-rector D. Ibadullayev, faculty dean J. Khojamov, deputy deans and tutors took part in it.

At the meeting, which took place in the form of a sincere and open dialogue, the rector emphasized that Khorezm is the homeland of mathematics and called on the students to become worthy descendants of the great scholars and thinkers who grew up in our oasis. Strict adherence to the University's internal procedures, dress code, and etiquette of greetings were discussed. Arriving at classes on time, taking advantage of the opportunities created, called for in-depth knowledge. He also urged students living in student residences and rented apartments to use gas and electric devices carefully during cold winter days.

During the meeting, R. Sharipov, the Rector's advisor, gave an explanation about not being deceived by various foreign ideas, not being indifferent to the situations around us, and students were called to be aware.

Students actively participated in the meeting with the rector with their opinions, suggestions and interesting questions.
