The first day of the conference focused on innovative technologies in the production of safe food products is being held
Today, the Republican scientific and technical conference on "Innovative technologies in the production of safe food products" is being held at Urgench State University on the initiative of the Faculty of Chemical Technologies.
Rector of Urgench State University B.Abdullayev took part in the opening ceremony of the conference and wished success to the conference.
Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Scientist of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Academician of the International Academy of Higher Education, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus S. Negmetov and professors from other prestigious universities of our Republic, professors of the Faculty of Chemical Technologies are participating in the conference.
Also, at the conference, lectures are held on topics such as studying the optimal conditions of the extraction process for extracting dyes from plant raw materials, and the use of wheat and rye flour in the production of bread and bakery products.
In the second half of the day, conference participants will continue their lectures at branch meetings at the Faculty of Chemical Technologies.
