A memorandum of cooperation was signed with the Central Scientific Library of Azerbaijan

At the moment, the director of the Information Resource Center of Urgench State University H.Siddikov is on a business trip at the Central Scientific Library of Azerbaijan located in Baku, the capital of the Republic of Azerbaijan. A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Central Scientific Library of Azerbaijan and Urgench State University during the visit to this scientific library with a collection of more than one and a half million books. Now professors and teachers of the university, doctoral students, masters, researchers and students have the opportunity to use the rich scientific fund of this library for scientific research. Also, this agreement provides many opportunities for conducting scientific research activities.

Today, on June 20, a meeting was held through the ZOOM platform with the participation of the management of Urgench State University and the general director of the Central Scientific Library of Azerbaijan G. Gariyev and his staff. The purpose of signing the memorandum, which is beneficial for both sides, and its future prospects for further strengthening of friendly relations between the two brotherly peoples and raising the scientific potential were discussed at the meeting.

We are sure that this established cooperation will further strengthen the scientific and educational relations between the two brotherly countries, which have a rich scientific and cultural heritage and a long historical commonality.
