Memory and Appreciation — A Symbol of Humanity and Respect
Today, Rector Feruza Madrahimova of Urgench State University, accompanied by a group of university officials, visited honorary veteran teachers who had worked devotedly at the university for many years and are now enjoying their well-deserved retirement, in connection with “May 9 — Day of Memory and Honor.”
Among those visited were Safo O‘runov, who served for many years as a faculty dean, Sodiqjon Safashev, who worked as a methodologist in the Student Practice Department, and Anaxon Raxmonova, Associate Professor of the Department of Biology. During the visits, special recognition was given to their many years of dedicated service and valuable contribution to the development of science and education. The honorary educators were shown deep respect and offered sincere wishes.
During the conversations, particular emphasis was placed on the invaluable life experience of the respected mentors, their exemplary careers, and their significant role in educating the younger generation.
Such noble initiatives dedicated to the Day of Memory and Honor will continue.
