The team of the Department of "Software Engineering" of the Faculty of Intellectual Sciences and Technologies of Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Beruni took 3rd place in an international competition in China
The team, consisting of professors and teachers of the Department of “software engineering” of the Faculty of intellectual Sciences and technologies “Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhon Beruniy, won the 3rd place (三等等, Third Prize) in the direction of” AI + construction techniques “of the 15th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. The team participated in the "Professional Contest" team group, in the "AI + Product" section.
The competition was organized by the “torch” high-tech center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, the government offices of the Jiangsu province, the Syujou municipal government, the Chinese Federation of mechanical engineering industry and the Chinese construction technical Association. It was hosted by one of the world's leading manufacturers of construction techniques, XCMG.
Project-SmartFleet UZ. It is an artificial intelligence-based platform for construction techniques that Uxxcmg produces. It detects technical failures in advance and advises operators in Uzbek, Russian and English in real time.

September: project awarded.
October 16: semifinals.
October 29: final defense (online).
October 30: The award ceremony was held in Suzhou.
Result: 12 of the 125 projects from foreign countries made it to the final. The software engineering team was the only recipient from Central Asia.
The 3rd place winners also included leading Chinese higher education institutions such as Nankai University, Tongji University and Chang'an university.
