Issues related to ensuring transparency in the admission process were discussed at Urgench State University

Today, an extended meeting of the Admission Committee members was held at Abu Rayhan Beruni Urgench State University under the chairmanship of Rector Feruza Madrahimova. The meeting was attended by all managers and staff responsible for the admission process.

At the beginning of the meeting, the team was informed about the priority tasks and instructions set during the videoconference held by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation.

During the discussions, strict instructions were given to organize professional (creative) entrance examinations in accordance with the current regulations, ensuring openness, fairness and transparency, as well as strictly preventing any form of corruption and further strengthening the responsibility of the staff involved.

The Rector held individual discussions with each responsible person, once again clarified their duties and responsibilities, and gave specific instructions to ensure a high-level organization of the admission process.

It was also emphasized that professional (creative) examinations must be conducted under video surveillance (video cameras), and all processes should be broadcast via online streaming (live broadcast) to fully ensure openness and transparency.
