A cooperation memorandum was signed between UrDU and BuxDU
Today, Obidjon Khamidov, Rector of Bukhara State University, and Muhammadjon Axmedov, Hero of Uzbekistan and Academician, visited Abu Rayhan Beruni Urgench State University.
The guests were welcomed by Feruza Madrahimova, Rector of Urgench State University. At the beginning of the visit, a warm and constructive meeting was held, during which the parties discussed further strengthening ties between the two higher education institutions, sharing experience, and prospective areas of cooperation.
Following the official negotiations, a Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation was signed between Bukhara State University and Urgench State University. The memorandum provides for cooperation in a number of promising areas, including the exchange of faculty members, researchers, doctoral students, and students; the development of academic mobility; the implementation of joint research and innovative projects; cooperation within international grants and scientific programs; and the joint preparation of scientific and methodological publications.
Key areas of cooperation will also include the exchange of experience in artificial intelligence, digital education technologies, and digital transformation, as well as the broad involvement of young researchers and talented students in scientific and innovative activities.
