A partnership has been established with Antalya Belek University in Turkey.
Currently, a delegation led by Feruza Madrahimova, Rector of Urgench State University—and including Oybek Sotiboldiyev, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, and Dilfuza Khajiyeva, Head of the Protocol Service—is on an official visit to the Republic of Turkey.
Today, the delegation visited Antalya Belek University and held discussions with Vice-Rector Mustafa Fadil Sözen (the university's former rector) and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Ilker Tuncay (Turkey's former Minister of Agriculture). As a result of the negotiations, a cooperation agreement covering academic and scientific areas was signed between the two institutions.
